Poll: Most see Obama loss in 2012

A new poll says most Americans — including Democrats — expect Republicans to re-claim the White House in the 2012 election.

Overall, 55% of Americans expect a Republican to defeat President Obama, according to the Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Only 37% predict President Obama will win re-election.

Of course, Republicans are more confident — 83% are confident of a GOP victory in 2012.

But 58% of Democrats also expect Obama to lose, the poll said.
