Bill Maher: Yeah they did. No, this week they said we are on board with Copenhagen, yeah they did.

Amy Holmes: Copenhagen was a failure for this president because everyone is kicking it down the road.

Bill Maher: You know, you need a time machine to make that argument. That China is the one dragging their feet. That was a good argument three years ago. It’s not true anymore. 

Amy Holmes: I don’t see it happening.
