I’m finally getting around to reading this. I heard nothing but good things until the other night, Rachel Maddow, while quoting from the book qualified it with, “Mind you, I hate this book.”
Does anyone know why?

it’s poorly reported, poorly sourced. it’s an easy read & is entertaining if you like politics. but it’s not a substantial book at all/

Many people who dislike this book dislike it because the authors are infatuated with personal stories that are often inane and trivial.
