Pew: 17 percent of last week’s news Weiner-related - Politico
Coverage of Anthony Weiner’s strange online habits made up 17 percent of all news coverage last week, making it the fourth biggest political scandal since Pew started keeping track in 2007.
It also towered over all other stories, sucking up more time than the economy or Middle East unrest, which tied for second place with 11 percent of the news hole.
