Chris Buck shot the Bachmann cover art this week for Newsweek. Click through for his online portfolio, which includes the above shot of Arianna Huffington (from 1996) and more portraits of politicians.
When she was a right-wing shill.
“New York Times reporter Andrew Goldman: I look at your writers much less than I find myself clicking on stuff that’s been aggregated or the more salacious, boob-related posts.
Arianna Huffington: That’s really a shame. I think you’re missing out.”
Spotted: Arianna Huffington in an episode of Roseanne.
This is funny cause I posted a few days ago Jeff Garlin on Roseanne.
Soooo, I’m glad I’m not the only one watching Roseanne lately, I’ve been addicted ever since seeing it on Netflix a couple of weeks ago. I’m currently mid-way trough season 3…
Is this back when Arianna was a conservative?
“The arrangement will give her oversight not only of AOL’s national, local and financial news operations, but also of the company’s other media enterprises like MapQuest and Moviefone.” - NY Times
“You know who won the Super Bowl? Arianna Huffington.” - TechCrunch
“Tiger’s wood was nine inches. Woods was “bigger and better” than Michael Jordan.”
Jamie Jungers won the Tiger Woods Mistress Beauty Pageant on the “Howard Stern Show” this morning.

uumm wasn’t it Arianna Huffington I saw on a recent Real Time with Bill Maher decrying the coverage of such non stories like ‘Air Traffic Control Kid’ and ‘Balloon Boy’. I guess Tiger’s ‘wood’ is BIG enough for Arianna.
Putting aside the condescending way George Will speaks to Arianna Huffington here, if what he is saying is so true then why, in most polls, are Americans in favor of some sort of Health Care reform? And if asked correctly (in an honest way) are they in favor of a Public Option?
Glenn Beck: Arianna Huffington Is “Media Matters After A Couple Of Drinks”
Health Care Reform No Sooner Than 2013?
Arianna Huffington: …I mean common it took eight years from the time JFK said we would put a man on the moon and we did it. Is it gonna take [4 years] to actually implement the health care reform that is going to pass? It doesn’t make any sense.
Keith Olbermann: Well, Aetna did not own the moon. So there’s your explanation right there.
This video features David Brock, now of Media Matters. Seeing vintage Brock always throws me for a loop. It sort of reminds me of Arianna Huffington’s complete political about face. Their work today seems extremely sincere but there is always a nagging doubt I have about them. People are entitled to change their minds but when you advocate SO strongly it just makes me question your motives when you flip.
