AT&T: Hello “valued customer.” We got nothin’ for ya.
On the phone with AT&T 2 minutes ago:
AT&T: Hello Mr. Wade, we first want to thank you for being a valued customer, blah, blah, blah.
Me: Hi, my contract is up in August and I know I’m going to upgrade to an iPhone 4 soon. But with my entire family using Verizon, I wanted to know if you can offer me any incentives to stay with AT&T and not switch?
AT&T: Nope, we don’t offer any incentives.
Me: Ok, have a nice day.
Am I crazy or are they completely nuts?
