This video clip is from British broadcaster Channel 4’s YouTube channel. From all of the stills and video I’ve seen from the event so far, I expect this to define “aftermath” in my memory of this event. As is so often the case in video footage, it’s the audio that punches home the meaning.

The Norway situation has gone from bad to worse. Here’s what we know:
At least 2 are dead after a bomb rocked Oslo’s government building. Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg was not in his office at the time.
However: Prime Minister Stoltenberg was at a Labour party youth camp on the Norwegian island of Utoya at the time of the bombing, attending a conference, and now there are reports of a shooter dressed as a policeman firing shots at the youth camp. 
At least several people at camp have been shot. Their ages and conditions are not known.
