RealTouch wants to bring teledildonics to Afghanistan. Company manager Scott Rinaldo, appearing at a CES party sponsored by porn firm Pink Visual, said he’s working on distributing “a thousand dildos for the military wives”—in this case, Internet-connected sex toys that can let families thousands of miles apart get intimate.
“Of course, nobody inside the U.S. Government is objecting on the ground that it is wrong to blow people up without having any knowledge of who they are and without any evidence they have done anything wrong. Rather, the internal dissent is grounded in the concern that these drone attacks undermine U.S. objectives by increasing anti-American sentiment in the region (there’s that primitive, inscrutable Muslim culture rearing its head again: they strangely seem to get very angry when foreign governments send sky robots over their countries and blow up their neighbors, teenagers and children). But whatever else is true, huge numbers of Americans — Democrats and Republicans alike — defend Obama’s massive escalation of drone attacks on the ground that he’s killing Terrorists even though they — and, according to the Wall Street Journal, Obama himself — usually don’t even know whose lives they’re snuffing out. Remember, though: we have to kill The Muslim Terrorists because they have no regard for human life.”

Dear Super Committee: Defense Contractors are “Second to None” In Wasteful Spending
In what some are calling an “unprecedented” campaign, defense contractors as an industry bloc are fighting reductions in national security spending to preserve their place on the government gravy train. Spearheaded by the Aerospace Industries Association, the so-called “Second to None” campaign has reportedly enlisted the help of LMG Inc., a Washington public affairs firm, the conservative Heritage Foundation, and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments to push its agenda. This is on top of at least $700,000 they have donated to Members of the Super Committee in the past five years.
The campaign’s website sets up a straw man by asserting that “extreme voices” are asking for massive cuts to national security… >continue<

According to a Gallup Poll released yesterday, Muslim Americans are far less likely than other Americans to back military attacks on citizens.
Besides Americans with no religious affiliation, no other group (Mormon, Protestant, Catholic, Jewish) had even a majority of their people vote the same way. And 89 percent of Muslim Americans believe citizen-on-citizen attacks are never OK.

This was excellent.
CNN’s attempt at making a similar doc was boring and it seemed to have a lot of misinformation. MSNBC’s, well, I couldn’t make it past their opening segment.
